Our cows at the Ahmedabad farm graze freely. No Oxytocin. No forced milking. The calf always eats first.
A2 Milk, Collected at Dawn
Hand-milked before sunrise. Immediately cold-chained to 4°C because freshness doesn't wait.
Curd, Set Overnight
The milk sets into curd naturally over 10 to 12 hours. No artificial cultures. No shortcuts in the dark.
